'Laffs' and Darryn erect the signage
KYLE ANDREWS FOUNDATION HOUSEBROOMEDuring the 10th Kyle’s Camp in June this year we were able to announce the fantastic news that a block of land had been allocated to the Foundation at Lot 236Greenshank Drive, Roebuck Estate. We are now able to commence the fulfilment of another one of the Foundation’s goals. We have to thank Broome International Airport and Roebuck Estate Developments for their enormous contribution which enabled this to happen. Our goal of providing a getaway experience in Broome for children suffering from cancer or other medical problems, along with their families, is now becoming a reality. The foundation has had numerous pledges of support to build the house ranging from project management, labour, materials, floor coverings, furnishings, white goods and landscaping. At present the block has been cleared, the proposed house plan is nearly complete and signage (see photo) has been erected. We are still very much in need of various services and materials and would welcome any support that could be made available.
